RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be confident in every Boundless Threads purchase. If something isn't right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage caused after delivery, odors, stains, or removed tags may not be accepted.

STARTING A RETURN

To request a return, contact us at boundlessthreadsfashion@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without first requesting authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise. Boundless Threads cannot be responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at boundlessthreadsfashion@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards and items specifically marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Certain limited releases or special products may also be designated Final Sale on their respective product pages.

EXCHANGES

Due to limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size or item will be available for exchange. If you'd like a different size or product, contact us and we'll let you know whether an exchange is available.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
